At Printer Assist Now, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because our printers are professionally refurbished and tested, we provide clear and fair return guidelines to protect both our customers and our business.

Key Policy Points

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or not as described.
  • All returns must include original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Charges for setup or assistance services are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the approved return is received.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at privacy@printerassistnow.online within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number and a short description of the issue.
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization and provide a prepaid return label (if applicable).
  4. Securely repackage the printer with all original items and ship within 3 business days of receiving the return authorization.

Refund Details

  • Full Refund: Issued for DOA products, items not matching their description, or wrong items shipped.
  • Partial Refund: Other approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping fees and service/setup charges.
  • Processing: Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we confirm the returned item.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Printer is DOA (does not power on or has major functional defects)
  • Item is significantly different from its product description
  • Wrong product or model was shipped

Please note: Refurbished printers may show minor cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs) which do not qualify as a defect for return purposes.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse
  • Printers missing original packaging or required accessories
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Ink or toner cartridges (unless defective upon delivery)
  • Optional setup/help services (once completed)

Warranty Coverage
All refurbished printers from Printer Assist Now come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering:

  • Functional or hardware defects
  • Failures under normal use
  • Manufacturer-related defects undetected at time of sale

Exclusions: Accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, consumable parts (ink/toner), and cosmetic wear.
