  • Unless specifically listed as brand new, products may be open-box, renewed, or pre-owned and tested for functionality
  • Devices may show light cosmetic signs of previous use
  • Assistance services (such as installation or configuration) are separate and not included in the item price
  • Returns and refunds are subject to our return policy
  1. General Terms
    These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through Printer Assist Now (“we”, “our”, “us”). Submitting an order indicates your agreement to these terms.

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

  1. Product Details
  • Condition: Products may be refurbished, renewed, or gently used, with full testing and quality checks performed prior to sale. Minor cosmetic flaws that do not impact function are not considered defects.
  • Included Items: Only the accessories mentioned in the product listing are included. Equivalent or compatible replacements may be provided if the original items are not available.
  • Compatibility: Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility with their systems or environment prior to purchase.
  1. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may be updated without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
  • Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped.
  • Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout (securely processed by third-party gateways).
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout according to shipping address regulations.
  1. Warranty & Returns
  • Warranty: Products may include a limited warranty period (specified on the product page) covering functional defects.
  • Returns: Items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all included parts. Shipping fees and restocking charges may apply.
  • Claims: To start a warranty or return claim, customers must contact us by email with their order number and details of the issue.
  1. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are usually prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected.
  • Shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Printer Assist Now will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using or being unable to use our products.

Our maximum liability in any case will not exceed the total purchase price of the product concerned.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes that cannot be settled informally will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable arbitration rules.
